How does the subscription work? + -

It’s very simple. You select from a variety of options available on our subscription page, follow the registration process and we ship you a fresh toothbrush every month. Once subscribed you don’t have to worry about anything anymore, we take care of it for you.

Is there a membership fee? + -

No. The subscription is 100% free, you only pay for what you actually get: the toothbrush.

How long does shipping take? + -

We ship out our toothbrushes every Monday from Brisbane, depending on where you are in Australia you should receive it within a couple of days. Please refer to the Australia Post page for a more detailed estimate and any information on temporary delays.

What if I don’t receive my delivery? + -

It should not happen but on the off chance it does please contact us on hello@brushwise.com.au and we will follow it up with Australia Post for you.

Why do you ship a new toothbrush every month? + -

Very good question, think about it this way: how often do you change the kitchen sponge when cooking every day? After a few days, a week maximum it starts to smell pretty bad and you don’t want to use it on your dishes anymore. A toothbrush goes into your mouth at least twice a day and to make sure there is not too much bacteria built up we ship you a new brush every month to replace the old one.

What part of the product is recyclable? + -

The handle of the brush is made from bamboo and is 100% biodegradable. The box as well as the envelope your toothbrush is shipped in are both recyclable. The bristles are made of Nylon to ensure durability and therefore clean teeth for you and your family. You can either recycle the whole toothbrush or pull out the bristles with a pair of pliers first and compost the bamboo handle.
We also like to use old toothbrushes for cleaning before throwing them out, that way we repurpose before we recycle.

How long do I have to commit to a subscription? + -

No commitment required, you can cancel any time.

What colour will I get? + -

You can subscribe to get either black, white or a surprise colour (different each month). We also have various multi-packs available. Check out our subscription page for all available options. 

What if my address or credit card details change? + -

That’s not a problem at all, just send us an email to hello@brushwise.com.au and we will change it for you.

Can I buy a toothbrush without subscribing? + -

Of course you can. Check out our shop here, we have lots of colours to chose from.
