Terms of Service
The Terms of Service (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”) apply to sales through this website (www.brushwise.com.au), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/BrushWiseAu) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/brushwiseau). This website is operated by BrushWise and by purchasing goods from us you agree to these Terms.
- Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
- Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged please get in contact with us within one week (5 business days) from receipt of product and we will either organize a replacement or issue a refund. Claims submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we can not accept any returns if you have simply changed your mind.
- Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you wish to cancel your subscription please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a confirmation email once done. Please allow up to two working days for us to process your cancellation.
